Exchange Policy
All products are custom, made-to-order items. Due to the nature of our production process, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and reviewing all order details before checkout. We cannot remake or restock custom apparel.
Only in the case of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors will a replacement be issued. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos provided.
Courtesy replacements or discount codes may be offered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
